Owner-operated, based in Fort Worth, Texas. Built around one idea: a crane technician should come to the crane, not the other way around.
Iron Line Diesel & Hoist Services started with a call every crane owner in Tarrant County has made: the boom is stuck, the dealer is booked out three weeks, and nobody else wants to touch it. We built a business around being the ones who do.
We work on cranes and nothing else. Telescopic boom trucks and knuckle-boom cranes, the electric and hydraulic cranes on service trucks, and the bridge, gantry, and jib cranes and hoists inside shops and plants. Hydraulics, winches and wire rope, rotation, outriggers, remotes, load-moment systems, and the inspections and load tests that keep all of it legal.
The “Diesel” in the name covers the truck under the crane. If the carrier won’t start or the PTO won’t engage, the crane isn’t working either, so we keep the whole unit running in one visit.
Our service truck is the shop. It carries hydraulic hose and fittings, seals, wire rope, remotes, sensors, test weights, and a load cell. When it rolls to your job site, most repairs and every inspection are finished before it leaves.
We work for crane rental outfits with a dozen boom trucks and for a fab shop with one overhead crane. Same technician, same straight quote.

Answer fast
Requests go straight to the technician. If we're on a crane you hear back inside the hour, not from a call center.
Diagnose before we replace
Pressure and flow tests, a meter, and the manufacturer's manual. We find the failed part, not the first part that fits the symptom.
Quote before we start
You hear the number and the plan. If we open it up and find more, we stop and ask.
Test before we leave
A crane we repaired gets load-tested and written up before it lifts for you again. No exceptions.
